For the dream you keep coming back to
Maybe you’ve wanted to fly since you were a kid. Maybe the idea arrived later, and never quite left. You can start with curiosity, a conversation and one flight.
From watching the sky to taking the controls.
Your reason to fly
Your reason might be the freedom to explore, a new challenge, or the simple feeling of doing something that once seemed out of reach. It doesn’t have to become your career to become an important part of your life.
For lifelong dreamers, recreational flyers, busy adults and anyone exploring a first certificate for personal flying.

You set the reason. Your instructor helps you build the skills, one lesson and one milestone at a time.

The In The Pattern team can follow up personally. This does not reserve a flight or confirm an appointment.

No previous flying experience is needed for a discovery flight. Bring your questions; your instructor introduces the aircraft and explains what to expect.
Tell your instructor. Discuss what makes you uncertain, how the flight will work and what would help you feel comfortable. You can ask questions before and during the experience.
Start with the time you can consistently protect for lessons and preparation. Weather, aircraft and instructor availability affect scheduling, so ask the team to help you plan a workable rhythm.
You can begin by asking about a discovery flight. Confirm its current price, what is included and rescheduling terms with the school before booking.
Describe the flying you hope to do: personal trips, local recreation or a future career. Ask an instructor to explain the training options, eligibility and any medical requirements that apply.
