When you send a flight-training inquiry or request an estimate, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, training interest and questions. An estimate request may also include your selected training path and the calculator assumptions and results you ask us to review.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive documents in these inquiry forms. Agreements, applications and other operational services may request different information through their own processes.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss flight training, prepare or explain an estimate, maintain our inquiry records and operate the website. An estimate request may generate an email receipt. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a flight or confirm an appointment.

The website's inquiry consent requests email or personal phone contact about your inquiry. It does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize text messages. Marketing subscriptions, when offered, use a separate choice. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using their unsubscribe link.

Service providers and disclosures

Our website hosting, forms, customer relationship management and email providers process information to provide these services. Our inquiry forms use HighLevel/LeadConnector. Authorized In The Pattern staff receive inquiries and follow up with you. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the integrity of our services.

Website technology

Hosting and form services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and request logs to deliver pages, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems. The website also loads fonts and other resources from service providers. Those providers receive the technical information needed to deliver their resources.

Your browser can block or delete cookies and saved website preferences. Blocking necessary website technology may affect forms or other features.

Links, videos and other services

Links to Purdue Global, social networks, videos, scheduling or other outside services take you to services with their own privacy practices. Embedded resources can also communicate with their providers when loaded. Review those providers' privacy notices before using their services.

Retention, security and your requests

We retain information according to the needs of the inquiry or service, our operational records and applicable requirements. Retention varies by information type and provider settings. We use reasonable measures to protect information; no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
